sorry i have been m.i.a. for a while... busy prep for the holidays over at k:creates.  the good news is, santa was extremely generous and on top of getting a new digital SLR (!!!), I also received a 16GB ipod nano - in pink!  goodbye to that old generation zero nano that can't hold a charge and hello to great music on long runs!  so excited to try this puppy out... all that's missing is one killer playlist... stay tuned...

definitely could have used a foam roller when I was training for my marathon.  maybe for the next one i'll get TriggerPoint's Grid foam roller - its gotten excellent reviews and my calves are already calling....

i love it when two of my worlds collide... and today, sustainability met sport.  The Skinny Player is a band-aid sized mp3 player that is powered by body heat.  get out!  and run cord-free.  :-)
